About:
October 28th 2017 me and my team participated in a breast cancer game for my school, as a captain I gave ideas to my coach regarding things such as fundraising etc! We made 1700 dollars. Every penny went toward a foundation! We also had a raffle and guess what , the winner who received the money actually gave it back to go to the foundation we were donating to the New York blood specialist. This was a very heart felt moment because each girl that was on the team brought a picture of there family member that suffered from breast cancer and made a banner to show the reasoning for doing such an amazing team for the many individuals that go through this. To add on me and my fellow captains spoke over the loud speaker thanking and commending everyone for there support and to show that no one is fighting alone.
